Golf Training Aid Laser

August 4th, 2010

The first thing I learned to do as a child was to shoot a gun. My dad actually liked having assault rifles and other bigger guns, and he started me out on those rather than using 22’s or even bebe guns. I had many a bruise and many a problem associated with those guns until I built up the strength and stamina to be able to handle them in the proper way. But one thing that helped me to improve my aim even when it did cause some damage was a laser that sat on top of the barrel of the gun.

When I started golfing at a later age, I found that it wasn’t quite what I expected, and I did not acquire the instant skill set I thought I would. When it came down to it, I just couldn’t seem to get it down! I couldn’t get my aim right, I couldn’t get a powerful enough swing, I was always hitting the grass, there were multiple problems. I took lessons, and it just didn’t seem to pan out the way that I wanted it to.

So I consulted with a teacher one day, and he suggested that I start using a golf training aid or two. There are many to choose from of course, and I chose the laser, because when I thought about it, the laser had helped me to learn aim with a gun as a child. It would give me a basic idea of where my ball was going to go if I hit it at a certain angle. I have since moved on to using more than one golf training aid at any given time. I have learned to stop myself from hitting the grass every single time. I have been able to use the laser to help me to improve my aim, and with a good golf training aid, my game has gotten ten times better, the best part being that I only have to pay for a golf training aid once!
