What Causes Stretch Marks

September 22nd, 2009

Tearing of the skin is what causes stretch marks, and even over a period of time they do not disappear they will soften the color of them with creams or home remedy but they will not disappear altogether.  Many women often have stretch marks from having children and use many creams to make them disappear but they never really go away.  Once you tear the skin, it will heal but still there is scar damage to the area that was stretched to the point of showing signs of marks.  Stretch mark creams just improve the looks of the stretch marks, making them fainter to the eye but they really never go away.

In addition, during the 3rd trimester of pregnancy is when women will notice that stretch marks are apparent.  It is because the skin is stretch so much it tears, and fatty tissues build up can cause stretch marks.  Using creams to make the skin soluble is one way to prevent stretch marks.  Some say that cocoa butter is great way to make the skin soluble, so that it will stretch without making any damages, but others will say that it doesn’t work well for everyone.  Some will say that home remedy work the best.
